BASIC INFORMATION:

• Vines: Espalier trained vines, between 8 – 10 years old.
• Production: 60.000 bottles.
• Grape Variety: 100% Tempranillo.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

• Degrees Alcohol:14.38 % Alc. by Vol. Total Acidity: 5.07 g/l (Tartaric acid).
• Alcoholic Fermentation: At a controlled temperature of up to 25ºC with daily manual stirring over of the must and a light maceration process
respecting the characteristics of the Tempranillo grapes.
Duration of Fermentation: 5-7 days.
• Malolactic Fermentation: Started in a natural way in stainless steel deposits immediately after the alcoholic fermentation, and carried out at controlled temperatures of between 20-25º C for 10-15 days.
• Stabilisation and Filtration: cold treated at –3ºC and diatomic earth filter.

TASTING NOTES.

A deep cardinal red, with bluish / purple tones denoting its youthfulness.
Intense and complex aromas evocative of very ripe black fruits and delicate flowers, along with the typical Tempranillo aromas so characteristic
of this zone. On tasting it is particularly well balanced and long lasting, making it an excellent accompaniment to all sorts of food – a wine that will satisfy the most demanding of palates.
